Festival of Lights – Tens of thousands of twinkling lights transform Mendocino Botanical Garden into a winter wonderland, creating a magical mood for the holiday. You'll see them at the Candlelight Inn Tour, Lighted Boat Parade and Lighted Truck Parade.

A the Gardens, children of all ages, 1 to 100, can stroll along the garden pathways and be dazzled by the floral light displays. Stop in at the Holiday Treats Café for seasonal sweets, warm drinks and holiday camaraderie. 4:30-7:30 pm, tickets $5, $10 Fri. & Sat; kids 15 & under free. 707-964-4352.
